Lebanon's constitution basically says that if 1/3 of Cabinet walks, then governing coalition fails and new elections must be held. From what I understand there are 30 seats, Hezbollah controls 10 of them. They all walked and I believe a couple others walked with them.
If Hariri can't put together a new coalition quick, the government collapses and new elections must be held. Wouldn't be shocked if Hezbollah makes an armed power grab for Lebanese government instiutions. Also some serious concerns about street violence/civil war in Lebanon.

That didn’t take long. I read your post a few hours back. I guess they weren’t kidding. Threaten to pull out a few hours back, then go ahead and do it . . . this is potentially a very big deal.
Big concerns
1) street violence/civil war in Lebanon
2) Hezbollah makes a power play to take over the government

It’s official now. Wonder what Hariri’s official status is at this point. He is actually in a meeting with Obama right now. So is Obama meeting with an ex-prime minister??

This seems to have been a long time coming. Civil war against the Christians followed by another Israeli ear? Inevitable now and for some time past. Just the timing is less in doubt.

The Special Tribunal was about to issue indictments on the Hariri assasination blaming Hezbollah.
This pull-out and the next several actions by Hezbollah have been already scripted by Damascus and Tehran and point to an armed take-over.
Obama gets bitch-slapped again by Syria and Iran.
