I lived there from 1979-82 and loved it too. It's one of the places I'd like to consider for retirement. Lovely state, lovely people.
You, my friend Think Free, are more than welcome (coming from a born in VA, will die in VA - but raised in CA *barf* person). We need you here to prevent future insane moments like 2008 when the state went Obamanation. Be warned, though, we have a nasty state income tax rate that needs to be sliced back - glad to have your help.
