Yeah she was slow climbing the stairs and that looked like it hurt.

She did take a long time getting up that stairs. It looked like she was reaching for the rail and missed it.

I ran it back and clicked the start / stop several times and when she was getting back up, she actually got her hand back on the rail.

I noticed that she had to lever herself up. She didn't look healthy joint wise. Or muscle strength.

I had some mobility issues lately too. Finally had an MRI done late last year and the doc found a cyst pushing on a nerve. I went to physical therapy and the last thing they did was put me in traction for about 15 minutes. All my pain went away and I can move like I did 10 years ago.

I know about getting older. I turn 59 in two weeks. After doing honey’dos on weekends, I hurt in places I didn’t know I have.

Well, this is the second year I didn't get on anything but a step stool to put Christmas lights on the house. The worst thing is getting the boxes of decorations, tree and lights out of and back into the attic.
