Two major questions about Dumbnik.
1. Greta has a DHS memo that has a notation concern about the fact that Loughner had 2 arrests but yet no record. The notation mentioned the mother was a county employee and a side note said “I sense interference”. This was prior to the shooting.
2. It was announced today that Loughner was taken to a federal holding facility. Protocol has it that he should have been placed in the facility in Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe BUT someone didn’t want him there and sent him to another holding facility. The claim was that Sheriff Joe was a media whore but up to that point, Sheriff Joe had not said a peep.
I think the motivatioin should be checked out. Could it be that the flaming liberal Dupnik didn’t want the kid placed in the custody of a die hard conservative? or could it be that the flaming Liberals period were very afraid of what this kid might say during his stay and they would not be able to cover it up since Sheriff Joe would most likely not cooperate???
Me thinks they are worried about the kid talking...
Seems that the one common denominator is all the episodes that kid has had is the Sheriff’s department and his mom being a County Manager.
Sheriff Dupnik should be arrested for interfering with an investigation, tainting the jury pool and trying to hide evidence.
Can’t the FBI get a gag order served on this jerk? Or why haven’t they?
I would think the FBI is looking at everything surrounding this case with a microscope. If Dupenik dropped the ball somehow the only way he’ll squeak out is if political influence intervenes for him. I doubt he has enough of that though in a case like this. There are several agencies investigating this. AZ state investigators, Federal Marshals and city of Tucson PD to name some.
This will be HUGE if true.

Was the “interference” by the Sheriff on behalf of Amy Loughner to blame for this whole thing?

Father - alcoholic, abusive, controlling monster, unable to deal with mental health issues of son.
Mother - victim of abuse, over worked bread winner, unaware what happens at home.
Perp - mentally and physically abused by father (possibly both parents), teased by children thus doesn't fit in, acting out due to abuse so not responsible...blah, blah, blah all the same bleeding heart crap we've heard before.
