Looks like a fight and then some sort of tribal dance/ritual breaks out near the end...all I know for certain is my IQ just fell by a good dozen points or so.

They were making light of the fact that they ripped off a "woman's" hair extensions or hair pieces. They tend to be very expensive.

It appears to me that several of the bystanders who did not get involved in the clothes-pulling were already little better dressed than the ones in the melee. It also looked like some pimps stepped in to "potec' they ho's" -- or to cop a feel.
