Robert Brady (D-Pa.), has said he would introduce a bill to make it a crime to threaten or incite violence against a federal official.Isn't it already a crime to communicate a threat against someone . . .anyone . . .like one of us regular folks? I thought so. No need for a special bill - it is already illegal.
