Muslims are pro -God, too. I’m embarrassed for what passes as “religious discussion” on FR. Of course differences among denominations abound but nearly every religious thread ends up in name calling and terse words against one another. I believe these threads do more harm to the body of Christ than good. Some times it is hard to recognize the love of Christ in many posters. Of course it is easy to hide behind anonymous monikers and bash others.

Muslims might think in their own mind they are pro-God, but they have a fundamental problem with perfect Justice which God insists will be judged.

Without accepting what He provides through the Cross and the Resurrection of Christ, nobody is truly ‘pro-God’, because to be pro-God, we have to abide by what He provides in His Plan, not ours independent of Him and His Perfect Justice.

Muslims may be pro-God, but that is ot the same God as that of the Bible, and thus you have disagreement. If your objection is simply to the manner in which this is conducted, then more rules can be given, but the point it that as long as truth is exclusive by nature than their will be disputes, and those who disallow that are themselves asserting a belief that is just also exclusive.

I do agree that the level of debate on the religious forum tends to be poor, and i myself seek to provide documented and reasoned arguments, but as said, the main contention is typically a result of Catholic and (to a lesser extent Mormons) posting of material promoting their faith, and which goes beyond simply the exclusive claims of Jn. 14:6, resulting in Protestants opposing them.

And for those who do not want it, there are caucus threads.

Good night
