If I came across as insulting Arizona I apologize. I have been there many times and I think it is a beautiful place. I have also visited the grave marker of Geronimo, in Ft. Sill, OK. I respect him for the warrior he was.
I can only hope the court system in AZ deals severely with this moron Loughner. That poor 9-yo girl he killed cries out for justice in my mind. And the judge and the Church of Christ pastor and all the others.

Tell you a story - a middle-aged hispanic citizen went missing and his family couldn’t find him. A month later, they did. It seems that he had been molesting a niece. Three adult relatives of the girl abducted the molester, took him back to Mexico, and tortured him to death. What the family found was parts of him scattered among a large patch of prickly pear cactus.
Now, to my mind, that would be a fitting end to young Jared.

In this country we have due process. The harmed don’t get to have personal vengence, the courts are supposed to deal out justice.
I hope that bastid drops the soap. Some big tough con will teach him where to hide the salami. But from what I’ve read, Loughner might like all that sort of activity.

They're going to have to keep him in isolation indefinitely, if not longer.
