You simply state that they do not have your permission to enter (and record it).

They do not enter the property without a warrant,
or anything they find is admissible in court.

Of course, this doesn’t physically bar them from entering, as I think you really meant.

You’ve gotten mistaken information. This house is where JAred lives. He lives WITH his parents. The FBI has already been there and done some searching- they already HAD a warrant.

Personally, if my kid shot a federal judge and nearly killed a congresswoman, I'd be all like, "Come in, come in, look at anything you want, do you guys need some coffee?"

I don't think Probable Cause will be tough to find here. They'll get a warrant rather easily.

I HOPE the FBI gets a warrant and the probable cause with the appropriate scope of the search. They'll need to get their paperwork correct here, because dips**t sheriff sure isn't helping matters on the state/county side.

Yeah, told my wife this morning, "How come nothing from or about the parents yet?" I guess they're letting us know. . Have lots of guesses but mum for now. I did hear they've hired the Unabomber attorney.

If my kid had just killed 6 people including a little girl, and seriously wounded a dozen others, I don't really think I'd be playing those kind of games -- unless I had something to hide.
