Well gee, maybe the feds shouldn’t have recused all the local judges from working on this case and a judge could have signed a warrant.

It’s two days after the shooting. Surely, the FBI doesn’t want to screw up this case. I bet they have a warrant.
Since when is it obstruction to expect the government to obey the law? How hard could it be to get a warrant? Let the FBI find out what it feels like to be not above the law.
FNC had an interview with one of the neighbors and the neighbor said the father was a hot head with a chip on his shoulder.

If he no longer lived there they have NO right to go in or get a warrent IMHO.
More than likely, as he was not the resident there, they could not get a warrant due to lack of proabable cause or they surely would have one.
If for some strange reason they did not seek one and went there asking for a concent search, they should leave a squad of agents there to ensure nothing comes or goes and come back with one post haste now. More than likely there is something there the parents do not want found probably over civil suit considerations thanks to our litigious society.

I wonder if Timothy’s McVeigh’s parents could ‘block’ entrance... I suspect NOT... Guess they need time to destroy all the evidence that the guy’s a liberal...
I think this is a recent development. I saw an interview with a neighbor of theirs, who was a block or so away from the shooting scene at the time of the tradgedy who said when he got home, the police were all over the Loungren family home.
This makes me wonder what, if anything, the family has to hide. Maybe they know there is a bunch of crazy in their son’s living space and they’re embarrassed? Maybe the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree?
I can’t believe they haven’t been in the home yet.
The FBI should call that ASPCA and report that they are hurting animals. Those NAZI’s will storm the house.

The feds immediately recused all the local judges from working on the case which means they can’t sign warrants. A warrant is probably working its way through the federal courts.
I thought the FBI had already been to the house. Did they forget to kill the dog?
