At what point do we mature into adulthood? This 22 year old's life seems more like that of a immature, sociopath youth than an adult. Insanity knows no age. I'm with Rush on this.
Sorry,but just as I don’t consider children “little adults”I will not call this guy a kid.By doing so, you absolve his actions to that as a misguided youth with obvious psychiatric problems.People do mature at various ages in their lives, but for legal purposes,he is an adult.What all the so called “medical experts” will have to conclude on this individual is another matter.
