Sorry,but just as I don’t consider children “little adults”I will not call this guy a kid.By doing so, you absolve his actions to that as a misguided youth with obvious psychiatric problems.People do mature at various ages in their lives, but for legal purposes,he is an adult.What all the so called “medical experts” will have to conclude on this individual is another matter.

Oh, give it a break. I absolve nothing. He's an adult and should be tried as an adult. That doesn't mean he's fully developed into adulthood. He has mental issues, but he's been shown to know what he was doing, planned well in advance for the event, and acted willfully. There's a big difference between medical insanity and legal insanity. Legally, he has no leg to stand on regarding an insanity defense. And that's what (should) counts in court.

You don't want to call him a "kid", fine. Don't. But I don't consider him a fully developed, aware and responsible human. Yet that doesn't absolve him of his responsibility. The SOB should hang.
