The guy had about 25 targets. He killed 6 with head shots. He wounded another 13 with head shots. He was preparing to load another magazine.

You think the shooter knew any of his victims other than the congresswoman? He was shooting anything in his vision...randomly. He didn’t have a clue who they were ...and didn’t care...including the judge!

I believe we’ve seen this sort of thing before with videogame-”trained” shooters. I can’t remember what the other incident was, though, perhaps someone else will see this and chime in.
