conscience dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming while the dream is going on
I have only had that happen while I was sleeping. I actually had a dream within a dream, although I knew in the 1st dream I was dreaming the 2nd, as well as the 1st.
I have very vivid and colorful dreams.....WHILE ASLEEP, but never experienced one while awake.
