(01-07) 09:56 PST WASHINGTON (AP) --

He has helped write popular television dramas and has stroked many a sweet drop shot on the tennis court. He has written a book about education in developing countries. And now, for the second time in his career, Gene Sperling, never formally educated as an economist, will rise to one of the top economic posts in the U.S. government.

Is this a joke? Is it satire?

Nope. It’s not April 1st. Not yet.

From the story, I suppose they think that because he was a writer for “The West Wing” TV series, that somehow makes up for his lack of a background in economics.

Only joke is on us...

“With Larry Summers, Sperling helped push the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act, which dismantled a longstanding separation between investment banks and deposit-taking banks. Critics have said the repeal contributed to the subprime mortgage crisis”

Why would you think it a joke? Sperling comes from the clique. He’s been in democratic politics all his life and is probably a red diaper doper baby, if not in name then in spirit. He’s also another Goldman Sacher. Who else would this administration pick?

Center for American Progress Keynesian commie rectal polyp.

A perfect posey in the Obama regime's fecal flower arrangement.

It’s almost as if Obama wants to solidify his image as a SUPREMELY INEPT BEING.

Dismantling Glass Steagall was a major contributor to the banking meltdown. Summers, Sperling and Rubin were major achitects of its demise. Which disaster will he recruit next. Maybe Obama would like to recruit Jamie Gorelick fresh from her stints in the itelligence meltdown as a primary cause of 9/11 in building walls between the CIA and FBI and her instrumental role in creating the real estate meltdown during her stint at Fannie Mae. It seems for Democrats, failure is its own reward,

His other pick is a real winner too.

Daley as White House Chief of Staff
The mask is off. Bill Daley as WH chief of staff will make it clear to the astute that the Daley machine and Wall Street run Obama.

Daley is an exec at JPMorgan Chase and the brother of the outgoing Chicago mayor. There are few more connected than Bill Daley

It seems for Democrats, failure is its own reward,

What is failure to us is success to them. the Left is all about deception and destruction.

I think Rod Serling is a perfect pick. This entire administration seems like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
