That is our biggest fear from the influx. We don’t want to become another California or New York.

I have great fear for you, Austin used to be a lovely town (50+ years ago) and now look at it. I could cry when I, accidently, turn on Austin City Limits. I don’t know what it is but it sure isn’t the country music that used to be.
