So much hate for this guy. Sure he is a communist, but he is actually giving some of his money and a huge amount of his time to help the Haitians. He walks the talk. Give him some credit.

Absolutely not. Marxism is evil. Read your history. Just because he is personally doing some good charity work does NOT IN ANY WAY compensate for the evil system he is trying to foist on the people on this planet.

At best he is a useful idiot. At worst he is intentionally implementing an evil system.

He gets no respect and no credit from me.

Nor do you if you support such people and such evil marxist systems.

If you support marxism, why are you here on Free Republic?

An 18 year old from Oakland and a 40 year old SSgt from Debuque in Afghanistan walk the walk, sometimes for years. Penn just writes checks, because in fact, he doesn’t know how to do anything productive. Can’t farm, cattle, build, medical care, teach. Nada.

Saying Penn walks the walk when he jets into a spot, PR staff in tow is insulting to the tens of millions of quiet, productive Americans and everyone else in the world who keep the lights on, water flowing, jets flying and the tens of thousands of occupations.
