I got the $80 mil figure from one of many of Mega web sites, I thought it was wrong when I saw it. It most likely is the post fed tax figure.

That would make sense. My back-of-the envelope post-tax number on a $190M jackpot is $76M, so well within the margin of error for an educated WAG.
