The natural born requirment is being treated as a nulity by the courts and by all members of Congress (both the marxist democrats and the socialist republicans). It will remain a nulity until such time as a “forcing” event is successfully launched and maintained. The bets are on hoping for an honest Secretary of State in the 2012 elections. Without a forcing event that isn’t strangled in the cradle (as that will surely be the response), then nothing can be done.

The only other option is to amend the Constitution to make the meaning explicit. However ANY reliance on elected Republicans to do this is delirium. All but the freshman class of Republican socialists have proven themselves to be traitors. My sense is most of the freshmen class will also be in violation of their oath soon.

The need to replace SO MANY traitors to achieve an amendment or another type of forcing event makes an attempt to end the nulity positively sisyphean.

Ms. Cao is a hero and patriot, the only one actually today in the House of Representatives.

Yes a massive change is required and unfortunately it just doesn’t seem like the ballot box is happening...

One element that might work is to get as many states as possible to make it law that a candidate must prove their eligilibity to get the electoral votes.
