Well I doubt that an O’Donnell donor would file and FEC Complaint against Christine O’Donnell. It would have to be a Democrat. I bet it was someone who did not like Governor Blagorivich who pressed changes against him. Why would she believe that someone other than a political foe would press charges or claims against them. Funny she does not understand that concept. Now instead of deciding who did the filing. Why not work on your case so you can win in court. I tell you if I was being sued I would worry about my case and not who was involved.
NOTE, as I've said before, the FEC is a fascist institution that must be eliminated. As long as it exists none of us are free people.

Did you catch the name of the organization? CREW? It stands for Committee for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Wouldn’t you think, if they are playing ‘ethics watchdog,’ that they had an obligation to be ‘transparent’ in their use of their leader’s dad to file the FEC complaint?
In law, there’s a requirement called “clean hands” that parties must have before filing claims if their claims are to be taken seriously. CREW does not have ‘clean hands.’
It’s the continuing pattern of victim mentality and ad hominem defense. Gender discrimination, they’re hiding in the bushes, Joe Biden is sending the FBI, it’s all a Mike Castle plot, etc....rather than addressing the facts.
