1. Have you ever, personally, read the Constitution of the United States? Or, are you merely bloviating as the result of reading a poorly written synopsis in the New York Times?
2. Have you ever heard of the Revolutionary War? Do you know what caused it?
3. Do you understand the uniqueness of this political document above all others — or do you think of it as some historical aberration?
4. If you are so unhappy living under the Rule of Law, where would you like to live — Cuba, North Korea, China, Sudan, Saudi Arabia — the places where they really respect civil rights of the citizenry?

All incoming congressmen are required to swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States” before they are allowed to take their seat in Congress.
Unfortunately, many of them must have the fingers of their left hand crossed as they raise their right hand to take the oath because they seemingly can’t wait to circumvent that founding document at their earliest opportunity.
If they swear to support and defend a document without loving it, they are the embodiment of hypocrisy.

Let’s face it… as a comedienne she is remarkably unfunny.
As a political pundit, she’s less than astute.
As female TV personalities go, she’s less attractive than Jon Stewart or Bill Maher.
If she didn’t come up with a mindless, gutter-level rant, such as that recently leveled at John Boehner’s unabashed show of emotions on 60 Minutes, every now and then, she’d probably get her overabundant butt kicked off the show.

It seems the Bible, Jesus, and Christianity is recieving a short ( but well overdue )break from constant bashing here in the U.S. They’ve zeroed in on the new target, The Constitution. I don’t think any of us care, but there is a peculiar sort of entertainment to be found in what elitist liberals spout.
An attack on the Constitution is an indirect attack on the Bible, the Word of God, and Christianity.
The Constitution is based on the timeless principals of the Bible. (suggested reading: The 5000 Year Leap)
And, like I said, they only have one line of defending themselves from the effects of having the truth told - cry “RAAAAAAYYYY SSSSISSSSSSST!”

Ok, a re-post of a previous observation is in order just to assure everyone that there is nothing personal going on here, the communists-that-call-themselves-democrat are incapable of any other reaction when getting their "collective" butts kicked up around their ears.

They are beyond help, they do not have the capacity to be educated out of communism disguised as "liberalism and progressiveness." They can not or refuse to see the destructive nature of the communism disguised as "liberalism and progressiveness" that they promote.
What the supporters of communist "liberalism and progressiveness" will destroy is the very nation that gave them their freedom. They will complain, demonize, belittle and protest when opposed but only preserving this Republic in it’s original context will continue to give them their freedom to complain and protest against it.
They will not stop destroying this nation of their own accord.
The only way to preserve freedom for American Citizens in this Republic is suppression of the communist supporters.

I once heard a rumor that Behar is a stand up comedian. I confirmed it but I must be getting old as I remember a time when those people were supposed to be funny. I guess with people like Behar in comedy that part is optional now.

Our country was founded as a representative republic with a limited franchise established by the states. Every expansion of the franchise by means of constitutional amendment—taking it out of the hands of the states—has damaged the United States.
So, yes—let’s repeal the 19th Amendment, and the 26th, and modify the 15th to read, “The right to vote of male citizens of the United States who have served honorably in its armed forces shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or creed, with the exception of Muslims, who shall be excluded from the franchise in perpetuity, and homosexuals, who shall be excluded until such time as their infirmity shall have been deemed no longer to afflict them.
While we’re at it, section 1 of the 14th needs to go, as do the 16th, 17th, and 23rd.
Section 2 of the 21st and all statutes that make bootlegging a federal crime should be repealed.
