Do you have any idea what bizarro behavior the serf class in the DC metro area is exposed to on a daily basis from their masters? Taking an interest into what these elites who provide your wages is frowned upon. For all the attendant knew the guy was just at a Gary Condit party. I’m from DC and spent 10 years in Philly. I am quite familiar with bizarre behavior in urban areas. I still would have called the police, but that’s the kind of person I am.
Now it is quite possible that 1) it would have taken the police an hour to show up. Now that I think about it, it’s probably better to call the EMTs. 2) the police would let him walk. I’d still be able to look myself in the face because I would have done what I could do.
