Your bet is probably a good one.

As for my question, I know that the whole idea of a Constitution is moot these days, but wouldn't there have to be some "interstate commerce" involved to justify RICO? (I suppose someone could say that the trucks they use were built out of state, but that is why I keep pointing to Hamilton's words in Federalist No. 28. It's really bad, and it's going to get worse until some use their courage and despair as Hamilton suggested.)
