DOVER, Del. (AP) - A military expert who served three Republican presidents and helped get the Vietnam Veterans Memorial built as part of his dedication to those who fought in that war was found dead in a landfill, and authorities are trying to piece together when he was last seen alive.
The body of John Wheeler III, 66, was uncovered Friday when a garbage truck emptied its contents at the Cherry Island landfill in Wilmington...

I saw that info online this morning. I never posted it since the source does not appear reliable. If it is, I apologize for doubting.
What nutcase conspiracy theory could miss his Council on Foreign Relations membership?!? Or how about the Stolen Honor author taping him? Wait, Chuck Robb was accused of illegal taping, too, and he's is supposedly CFR, too, plus he's on the board of trustees at MITRE---oooh, that's where our victim worked! Hey, he gave a campaign donation to Chuck Robb. O, it all fits together!
Now where is my tinfoil hat, and does it block the magic phosgene that kills one species of fish but nothing else before diffusing into the water?

Good catch -- a Delaware landfill accepting dumps from Newark, Delaware, which apparently I had conflated with Newark, New Jersey, and the New Jersey carting companies owned by his opponents in the property dispute.
