You’re incorrect. LTC Lakin wanted proof that Obama is eligible to be Commander-in-Chief. Easy for you to declare LTC Lakin a hypocrite because you are anonymous and have nothing to lose. I have to agree. Obama should give the Colonel a full pardon and retire him with full pay and allowances. I am not sure what he gains by not doing that. But if he does pardon the LTC he can forever say to the press “If I am not legally the President than I could not have pardon this man.”

The problem is what was the LTC convicted of? Missing a movement(?), failure to obey a lawful order(?) what was he actually convicted of?
