Have you considered fixing your computer or internet link? You just posted the same thing 25 times in this thread alone, and have been multiposting in other threads this morning. :P

The law says that one shall be immune from prosecution if the conditions are met.
He was not immune. He was prosecuted.
So now what?
Will the state pay all of his expenses and pay for his life being turned up side down as a result of the state’s illegal prosecution?

Wow, I used to live in Sarasota up until about 11 years ago.
They used to roll the sidewalks up at 8:00 pm and I can't imagine a gun battle in the middle of downtown Sarasota happening.
Downtown used to filled with doped up hard left hippie wannabe libtards freaks living off of daddies money going to New College. Seeing a gun would make them wet their pants

To be consistent, you really should have used 4 different fonts to correspond with the four different calibers;no one said Gallo used 4 different guns, did they?

I live about 30 miles north. This kind of violence is unusual for Sarasota but common in Bradenton now.
Bradenton is just a couple miles north of Sarasota for those that aren’t local.

SHARAMA sould have recieved jail time for perjury—but I guess that would be racist to impose such a penalty on a LIAR.
