Because I believe in something called “being realistic.” There’s not a snowball’s chance that any federal appeals court or the SCOTUS would ever apply Vattel’s definition of NBC to the issue in controversy. Those who think otherwise are tilting at windmills — a practice in which I’m unwilling to join.

Because it's been proven that the Founders did indeed use Vattels, WRITTEN IN FRENCH, when they wrote the Constitution. Not been keeping up on the research? Go throw rocks somewhere else. I don't debate proven points.
