here is one thing to consider...

Hillbuzz claims that he knows that Axelrod developed the Birther movement as part of a plan.

It could be that this Cuban exile that was involved with the Bay of Pigs invasion was part of the plot to stir up controversy and lead people down a path that would make the general public roll their eyes...thus various postings on the internet about Ann going to Cuba.

I am not sure if it has been verified if she ever really went there.

I just saw on the internet that Wayne Madsen claims that a reliable source told him that Stanley and Ann went to Cuba in 1960. Big Whoop. I need more than that to think this is a possibility.
