Neat little airplanes, they ought to “look good around the ship”. I remember one time, driving down the highway near Kingsville NAS and seeing a flight of 4 of (whatever jet trainers they were using then) in the pattern, and thinking I’m going to see a beautiful sight of these guys snapping into the approach 1-2-3-4. Heck, they looked like a bunch of sparrows scattered by a backyard tomcat. I guess it takes a while to develop that kind of precision. God bless ‘em.
