HONOLULU (AP) — Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie wants to find a way to release more information about President Barack Obama's birth and dispel conspiracy theories that he was born elsewhere.
Abercrombie was a friend of Obama's parents and knew him as a child, and is deeply troubled by the effort to cast doubt on the president's citizenship.
The newly elected Democrat will ask the state attorney general's office and health officials about how he can make public more of Obama's birth documentation from Aug. 4, 1961, spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said Tuesday.

1st, I could have sworn the Rats and the MSM told us for the last two years "he released his birth certificate on the internet".
2nd, all it takes is a phone call from Obama - his good friend - to Abercrombie and he can release every damn record in the archives on Obama.
3rd, this is a ploy to NOT release his genuine vital records, I'll guarantee it!

Then what the hell is the problem? No one else in history who has applied for a job has been able to duck the birth certificate requirement. Why is this the only guy ever to not have access to and not have to produce a BC for a job? (rhetorical questions, of course).

If I remember right, where Pres__ent Obama was born isn't the main issue. Isn't it more about the nationality of his father?
We still need state laws in several (all if possible) states requiring more documentation than a statement from a party chairman "certifying" that a candidate is qualified for office. I would feel best if some states required the candidates/parties to provide documents, and other states required releases so that they could investigate on their own and determine eligibility. That would make the most sense.
