A federal judge today dismissed Republican Joe Miller's federal lawsuit seeking to overturn the results of the Nov. 2 election, clearing the way for U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski to be certified as the winner.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Beistline issued a 14-page order this afternoon in which he said Miller wasn't raising any federal issues that he needed to resolve.
He ordered Miller's entire federal case dismissed.
Beistline wrote that he would not second guess the Alaska Supreme Court, which already had ruled against Miller.

So he beat her in the Primary and lost in the General. That is akin to a football team beating another in the season but losing to the same team in the playoffs. Which election counted ? There was a Democrat running and he won 23% of the vote. Murkowski got 40% and Miller 35%. She beat him. He lost. 15% of Alaskans are registered Democrats, 25% are registered Republicans and the rest are just loony so I think they deserve who they elected. Now the rest of the country has to suffer their stupidity.
