Obama Gets a Real Vacation

HONOLULU - President Obama's Hawaii retreat has been about as close as any president can get to a real vacation.

At the risk of jinxing Mr. Obama, so far no major crisis or controversy has intruded into his get-away.

Unfortunately for Barry his vacation is being rained out. There have been flash flood warnings on some portion of the island 2 of the past 4 days. This morning one of the three gates at Pearl Harbor was closed due to high water and I hear its worse on the north side where he is.

The MSM is getting exactly what they deserve - journalistic and economical death, and at least reduced influence. I've despise them all for decades, recent Fox News, Internet, and a few print companies notwithstanding.

I would guess that he and his cohorts in Congress have so successfully pushed through their socialist agenda, and now has capitulated on national defense, that there will be NO crisis ever again in the entire World. (/sarcasm)

We are so hosed. I bet history shows him to be the greatest appeaser since Chamberlain, and later, Carter. Of course, too late then.

I predict we are looking at nuclear war if we don't get a leader who has the cojones to make the bad guys of the World stand down. It's ALWAYS about projection of strength. I'm a nobody who still realizes this from my childhood days with bullys. Show weakness; you get messed with. Show strength; they go somewhere else.

What about the people up and down the California coast dealing with mudslides from all the rain they've been having, or the people in the northeast shoveling out up to 2 feet of snow? I'm sure they really give a rip that his majestic Obama-ness can't get out in the warmth of Hawaii and hit a bunch of mulligans.

Seems like he always has bad weather when he “vacations”. Didn’t they have terrible weather at Martha’s vineyard last summer? God has a since of humor. I wonder when the mooching moose is heading out for another vacation. This will help his ratings plummet.
