No, it isn’t. So if there were any questions about what the Founding Fathers understood a year to be, the Courts could look outside the Constitution for a definition.

And they would find that a year is defined by the Julian calendar, which has been in use since 45 BC.

Actually it was the Gregorian calendar by then. But there are fiscal years, school years, lunar years. Yet everyone seemed to know what a year was. They also knew what a natural-born citizen was.

But Obama uses the Islamic calendar, and it only has 354.36 days, and we all know Obama is replacing all Christian (BC) references with Islamic ones.
