Correctamundo. Lil’ Barry’s place of birth matters not a whit. Pappy Obama wasn’t a U.S. citizen and Momma wasn’t of age to confer citizenship. It doesn’t matter if he was born in Hawaii, Osh Kosh, or at the feet of the Statue of Liberty, swaddled in the flag from Iwo Jima, placed in a manger with his head resting on a pillow made from the Constitution stuffed with eagle feathers and wet nursed by Betsy Frickin’ Ross...HE’S NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT. HE’S NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN!!!
This is incorrect. The law was different for out of wedlock births on foreign soil..and Obambi’s birth was out of wedlock -unless Ann married Sr in Kenya- which I don’t believe would have been possible given the rules on tribal verus statutory marriages..whites versus blacks, etc.
There is too much disinformation on this subject floating around by people pursuing an agenda. I have been appalled at lawyers who have totally ignored the issue of Sr already having a wife and how that effects this whole issue.
