Well, at least they chose someone without any ethics problems hanging over his head. < snort >
Not that it's any impediment to success for a Democrat, of course...

You knew something was up when they drug this old hack out to talk to the N Koreans last week. Why would they go to a Gov. to handle a State Dept. job? I guess his shady past dealings have been absolved.

I think he will step aside and do just one term. Depending on how he bows out, the blacks will go with her. If she runs against him without his bowing out than you are correct. Remember he gets 400K a year for the rest of his life regardless of 4 years or 8 years. Why should he do another 4 years for the same money? Remember we are talking about Obama. He did not become President out of the love of America but for his own purposes. I believe that is why he pushed so much during the mid-terms and also Obama care so that he already has a legacy regardless of what we think about it, he only cares about himself and history.

Would that be the same Richardson who backed Obama over Hillary despite his close association with the Clinton's during Bill's administration?
Obama is working overtime to get Hillary to run. He must be tiring of the job already.

Some sort of symbolic “progressive” primary oponent: possibly.
Major-league primary opponent: unlikely - too hard to win the general without the black vote, and too hard to get it in the general if you defeat Obama for the nomination.

Maybe she is
sick and tired, and want to disagree with the Obama administration.

it says she could step down. The scenario will be maybe, denial; then she steps down. another fool traitor becomes Sec of State. Obama still playing golf or basketball and Michelle still eating huge amounts of food while telling public they are fat.
What’s new?

She in unelectable. The Black community will not support her over Barry and even if she takes him out in the primary a lot of them will stay home given the racial motivation that they demonstrated in the 2008 election. The black vote doesn't matter in the primaries, which is where HRC would be contending against Obama.
Her chances of getting the nomination, depend on Obama's political fortunes over the next 8 months or so. He got a boost in the lame duck session, but only on a rather dismal set of subjects.

I believe this is just speculation. Not news. I thought I saw something to this effect a few days ago but I’m getting old and can only remember things from 40 years ago not 40 hrs. :-)

Indeed.
And remember who Scum Queen is married to (in name, anyway).
When you get one, you get ‘em both. ((shudder))
On the other hand, it’s a tribute to just how totally rotten Odumbo is that Clintoon sort of seems like a better choice by comparison.

Disagree. As long as the checks and back-door reparations keep coming, the Rats will keep the majority of AA support. Sad but true.
