Serbia has asked the International War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to open an investigation into a top Danish diplomat Søren Jessen-Petersen, claiming that UNMIK covered up a report on the trade in human organs, according to the newspaper Blic.
Jessen-Petersen headed the United Nations UNMIK operation in Kosova from 2004 to 2006. According to the report UNMIK representatives denied having seen a report on the subject, but Serbian authorities have now questioned the claim.
In 2008, our prosecutors came into possession of 16 pages from this report, says Serbian Minister for Cooperation with the ICTY Rasim Ljajic, who has asked the ICTY Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz to open an investigation.
Jessen-Petersen, whose UN posts have also included head of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in the Balkans, has previously harvested widespread praise for his tenure at UNMIK.
So who was harvesting organs from whom?
Kosovo is spelled with an ‘o’ and not an ‘a’.
I’d pay a thousand dollars right now to watch Serbian tanks roll back into Kosovo. We’ve already seen two major NWO initiatives undone with Bibi coming back to power in Israel and Russians kicking that orange clown Sockavillain’s hiney in when he tried to seize South Ossetia. Serbia retaking Kosovo would be the grand prize. Jesus coming back to the world would be a better day than that but that’s about what it would take.
Spelling follows the Danish headline.
See #8.
Israel armed Christian Georgia because Russia arms mohammedan Hizballah, Syria, Iran, etc., etc. Israel helped Saakashvili to kill the savage Russian barbarian invaders.
Bosnian Muslims simply murdered Serbs (different war), its the Albanians that were conducting the harvesting operation during the NATO lead bombing campaign against Serbia in 1999.
Yep, you’re an idiot alright.
No, there WERE allegations of illegal harvesting of organs from Serbs even back during the Bosnian war, but back then even I found it pretty unthinkable -- not so unthinkable now.
Have some links?
Multi-lingual Professor Maher had info on it and talked about it.
I can't find any links now, in part because the key words keep pointing toward stories about the KLA at the moment-- and also because the Bosnian war was before the internet was quite as prolific with stories from the Serbian side in English as it is now.
But I will say that even I wrote that allegation off 16 years ago to "propaganda" back then, because I could not wrap my brain around the idea that something quite so ghoulish was possible without getting wide news coverage or acknowledgment from Western politicians. Knowing what I do now, I was terribly naive back then.
In fact, I really miss being naive to this kind of inhumanity.
I’d like to get a hold of that material for some further research. I’m going there this summer and may do some digging of my own.
Actually, it was a free for all against Serbians :( Europe and US simply betrayed a true ally, when they backed up Albanians and Bosnians and gave Kosovo away!
I’m an American. What piece of crap country are you from again? Oh yeah, that’s right, nobody cares.
I am an American and you’re a Dumb American, you’re right, nobody cares about Dumb Americans.
You've been hitting the MSM Headlines too hard again, Joe -- it's a sickness you know.
Everyone by now -- except you -- admits that Georgia's Misha Saakashvili actually attacked S. Ossetia, hoping to get the US and NATO involved in a war against Russia. It didn't work. For all the money that Georgia paid Randy Scheunemann, McCain's old foreign policy adviser (and Sarah Palin's current one), all Georgia got out of it was McCain looking like a moron muttering, "We're all Georgians now" (NO! We're NOT, John!") -- and the Georgians got their asses kicked. That Georgian fiasco was one of the most sorely bungled operations I've ever seen.
