Since they are not in uniform, launch attacks and routinely hide among non-combatants, and perform other such terrorists and criminal acts, treat them EXACTLY as the Geneva Convention requires. That is get what intel you can from them, try them and execute them.
If we don't kill them, they don't get their 72 raisins.

In the old days....prisoners of war were held until the end of the war. If the "War on Terror" never ends, what is to become of these detainees? More importantly, "terrorists" can be held indefinitely without trial....."terrorists" is one hell of a broad spectrum these days.
