Who owned or the store or was the manager? Radical religious nuts (can be Islam or Christian Identity, etc)? Radical Latinos angry about immigration?
I assume it is a minority group and the media is fearful of labeling them.

Indeed. That was my first thought as well. Still. Ten bombs? Isn’t that a bit excessive? I mean, wouldn’t eight or nine have been enough?

Aren’t they supposed to duct tape the cell phones to the bombs? Guy didn’t read the instructions.
Jihadi muzzie employee modifies new cell phones with a bit of C4, puts them back in inventory and the store sells them. Jihadi then makes calls to the phones...Kaboom right next to your ear.
Pretty devious. Better start have TSA inspecting all cell phones owned by every citizen. Immediately.
