<> An old pal'o'mine was Secret Service and he resigned and retired after a month with BJ. He says the guy disappeared every night and many afternoons and had 'safe houses' and apartments all over town. My friend said, "I'm too old for this shiite!" The Secret Service actually had no idea where the heck he was ... after the first six months or so, they say he started behaving a little better ... at least letting the boys know his intended whereabouts, after he was convinced they wouldn't rat him out. Remember, BJ had been a page for years in DC for Senator Fulbright and while he attended Georgetown Foreign Service. He knows the town! JFK, if anything, was even worse.
