Convicted serial killer Charles Manson, whose deranged followers killed a pregnant movie actress and then stuck a fork into her stomach, was recently in the news when it was discovered that he had a cell phone that had been smuggled to him in prison. Far less attention was given to Georgia inmates who used contraband cell phones to organize and stage a “strike” in several prisons. This uprising struck a chord with members of the “progressive” community, including former Obama official and communist Van Jones.

Let’s see now, aren’t cellphones in part a radio, and aren’t all the frequencies used by cell phones commonly known? try Wikipedia.
Why shouldn’t the prisons broadcast a series of white noise broadcasts on all those channels blocking cell phone access inside the facility.
Such devices are available across the pond and could be ordered by Canadians the last time I thought about this little inconvenience. They are outlawed here in Kenya though. Big fine and likely some jail time even for a teenagers prank.
Seems likely that Big Sis and her ilk are going to brown shirt the inmates and set them loose on America in such a way as the guvmint often used to set the Skrags loose on the residents of Dog Patch.

Due to Federal Law, (The FCC). Prison officals have to get permission to block cell phone frequencies inside of a prison.

The trouble is that prisoners have too much time on their hands.
bring back chain gangs. 10 hours of outdoors activies should curtail any trouble. Or bring back the Russian Gulag style system. Put them in the middle of nowhere and have them count trees or something.
Idle hands and all that.
I think anyone in jail for a capital crime should have the right to be executed and reduce the population in jail. We need to start enforcing the death penalty with a vengeance and bring back Sparky.
