One of the prime judgements of the upcoming repub congress is what they will do to the D students who are employed by the EPA.
Either they get taken down by congress, or we the people will take them down by other methods down the line.
And this ain’t blowing smelly Obamastuff, either.

No money from Congress AND a court injunction - surely there is one judge somewhere that can still be counted on to honor the Constitution. Who would have standing to do this? Joe Citizen gets no respect. The electric companies? A town somewhere with a conservative local city council?

Now that they’ve announced that that they will create laws by fiat, circumvent the Constitutional legislative process, and act to do damage to the economy and American way of life, can we start shooting them yet??

This agency must be stopped and stopped now. This is getting crazy when an agency of the government decides to shut down the economy.

Unconstitutional. That is a lost concern for most any more.
You know, those who lack respect for freedom and lack concern for maintaining it because they don't know what it is like to not have freedom hence they lack a drive to keep it because of their lack of knowledge.

They are over-reaching their authority so far it isn’t even funny. Time for the pendulum to swing the other way. The GOP controlled House should slash their funding. Slash it - like 90% cut...

Makes you wonder if the 'RATS have convinced their freeloader "voter base" that "the rich" have a bottomless pot 'o gold.
Lady Thatcher was right about how socialism becomes a big problem once the socialists run out of OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY.

Just don’t revolt.

Obviously the Constitution has been ignored, the separation of powers made a joke, the rule of law made worthless and Congress has been emasculated as Obama’s Commissars now rule by fiat.

The Republicans’ plan to read the Constitution is a good sign - means they’ll be defending it?
