Syncro has already explained that the TEA PARTY EXPRESS debate is going to be about Tea Partiers questioning Republican candidates for President of The United States, unlike the presidential debate that is scheduled for May, 2011 at RWR's Library co-hosted by Left-winger's NBC and

Now, that debate is one to worry about, NOT this one.

I can’t help but LOL about this. CNN has trashed the Tea Party movement constantly since it began, and it must stick in their craw to have to admit the movement is a serious one. I love it!!

It remains to be seen how serious CNN will be with their coverage of the debate.

Yes, they and Rove, Gingrich, Steele etc, after dissing the TPM in the beginning got even more fierce when they realized they couldn't destroy it.

Funny how Steele and Gingrich capitulated and actually started praising the movement and Newt spoke at the San Diego Tea Party event on the last TPX tour. (both Steele and Newt pretended they were behind it all along...lol)

It will be interesting to note how they spin it after the debate when they bring in their "experts."

Fox and MSNBC will do the same.

Even though CNN has been negative about the movement, they realized some time ago how important it was.

Even embedding reporters on the buses, and following along several TPX tours with their big media bus and a crew of techs and reporters.

They knew it was big news, and didn't want Fox to get all the viewers.

This is gonna be a fantastic experience!

That Steele and Gingrich actually thought we’d believe them when they started changing their tune is laughable. I guess they think ALL Americans have been successfully dumbed down.
Some may have fallen for it but I’m not buyin’ it. They have a LOOOOOOOOONG way to go before they prove it to me.

The spinmeisters are gonna be whirling like tops after this debate. We might even see some smoke and sparks. LOL! Could be some good entertainment.

I saw some of CNN’s coverage of the TPX tour and though it could have been better, it wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. I’ll give them credit where it’s due - - - rare as it may come.

I’m still kicking myself for missing the Nashville stop. I wanted to go so badly but couldn’t get up there for it. :-(
Maybe next time.........

I’ve volunteered to manage a ping list for the CNN debate.

If you want on or off, just click Private Reply below and let me know.

PLEASE NOTE: This ping list is specifically for the CNN debate and the associated TPX tour.

Maybe next time

I hope so, start preparing now!

I don't know the route yet, but if you can't make it to Tampa, hopefully it will be close enough to you so you can make one of the stops along the tour.

I noticed you supported the You Do Not Speak For Me, Cindy tour, a joint venture between these same guys and Free Republic.

That was the beginning.

fair enough. I don’t have the date, and you probably saw the same thing I did. So, that would be about 5 and a half months away.

Personally, I liked all the early debates last time around.

Make sure that conservatives, moderates, Libertarians, and all other possibilities ARE INCLUDED AS PANELISTS THAT ASK MANY QUESTIONS OF ALL OF THE CANDIDATES, and not just have leftists controlling everything involving the debate! I would love to see Rush Limbaugh, Howie Carr, Michael Savage, members of the Constitution Party, members of the Libertarian Party, truly apolitical people, and all other non-leftists have true opportunities to fully become part of this debate, if they wish to be. From day one, leftists have controlled everything involving political debates, at every political level, and this has got to, finally, end for the sake of true fairness towards all possible political ideologies that exist!

Actually mea culpa, you were closer than I was on the first debate. Sorry!

From onyx's post at # 122 there is one at the Ronald Reagan library in May in California.

Get this though, “unlike the presidential debate that is scheduled for May, 2011 at RWR’s Library co-hosted by Left-winger’s NBC and politico.com”

Now that will be a typical destroy-the-republican one!

It will be interesting to compare all of them.

Leave it to onyx, she is really on top of things. Thanks onyx!

For some reason I don't think you read what this thread is all about.

You have some great ideas for a Presidential Primary Debate!

Perhaps you can organize and get a venue/sponsor for that kind of debate, I would love to see it.

This one, of course, is a Tea Party participatory debate.

I know I won’t be able to make it to Tampa. :-(

I’ll have to wait until another TPX tour comes through TN and hope there’s a stop close enough for me to be able to make it.

I’m not sure any of these debates will be “destroy the republican”. There will be specific candidates running. If Palin is in there, it would be degrees of trying to destroy Palin. A debate on Fox would be more pro Palin, one on MSNBC would be more anti Palin.

Well hopefully it will come close to you so you can attend.

upchuck is making a ping list, I asked him to add you.

I figured you would want to be on the list for threads about this event.

That is good but we have had no announcements yet. I guess candidates have 9 months to get their acts together before they have a debate.
