The New START treaty has just passed the Senate, 71 to 26. The treaty needed 67 votes for ratification.

Lamar Alexander (Tenn.), Bob Bennett (Utah), Scott Brown (Mass.), Thad Cochran (Miss.), Susan Collins (Maine), Bob Corker (Tenn.), Judd Gregg (N.H.), Johnny Isakson (Georgia), Mike Johanns (Nebraska), Richard Lugar (Indiana), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), Olympia Snowe (Maine), and George Voinovich (Ohio).

Does Mississippi have recall of any official in its (State) Constitution? If so, it’s time to get this RINO out!

Probably just as well. If MS has a SC similar to that in NJ, it would just bend over backwards to take that important chunk of the State Constitution clearly allowing recall of any official, local State or Federal (and reserving this right for the State since it is not expressly delegated to the Feds) and declare that it violates the US Constitution. We need to subject these legislators in black robes to the will of the people in their jurisdictions everywhere by appointment and retention elections. Enough Lifetime Appointments Already.
