I would support this as far as returning the land with one condition. The government buys the property and improvements on it. It then bulldozes and removes every improvement on the property leaving only native trees and plants. That includes getting rid of gardens, lawns, parks, fountains, etc., etc. Then it can return it to the indigenous people in the condition it was when they either sold it or it was taken from them.
