“The Scott heard around the world!”

Sigh!

Scott Brown’s biggest flaw is that he has shown himself incapable of understanding that he symbolized something!

Just remember folks all the people that were calling for Scott Brown to run for President. We all need to research these candidates before we just jump on the jack wagon.

Forgive a stupid question: why is reducing nuclear weapons a good thing?

Here are the current highlights of the new START that the media and press will not tell the public.

1) Reduce our land based nuclear missiles by 1/3

2) Reduce 50% of our nuclear Bombers

3) Reduce 50% of our nuclear attack Submarines

4) We (USA) cannot retaliate with a nuclear strike to any Biological or Chemical attack on the United States. Iran is the only exception.

5) Russia can opt out any time they want, but we have to still abide by it.

Think this is what Obama wants in a world that is increasing every day of danger. We have China and Russia that are rebuilding their military, then you have North Korea, Iran and nuclear proliferation.

This treaty is insane. The fact that the congress is even debating and rushing this vote should clue anyone with no understanding that this is a bad deal.

He is much better than any Democrat and the best we could hope for in a liberal state. You can’t expect Mass to give us the type of person that the south would give us. Be thankful that he caucuses correctly.

Not surprised at all. He has been with the socialist all along.
I was skeptical when the left let him win too easy.

We need to vet these incoming Rs more. Commies in sheep clothing
have no place in the Republican Party.

He’s gone come next election.

Brown told reporters following a closed-session intelligence briefing that he had given the issue “due diligence” and hoped see the treaty ratified.

IOW, it's a big secret why I'm voting yes but if you knew the secret, you would vote yes too. I'd tell you about the secret but only important people like me should know it.

Did anyone bother to ask him, if it is so important for the country, why does it need to be rushed through. I guess some kennedy rubbed off on him.

I agree that if we want to change the person holding this seat, the Primary of 2012 is the time to do it.

With that said, I don’t think anyone much further right of Brown has much of a chance in the General Election of 2012 in Massachusetts.

If Scott Brown wins the 2012 Primary, I would hope that he would be supported (even if it is only a plugged nose vote) in the General Election, otherwise, how do we ever expect to have our much more conservative Senators in committee chair positions. Sure, I would like all the GOP office holders to be 100% conservative, but again, if we want to really drive the agenda in the Senate we need the majority and if “we” “lose” in the Primaries, the prudent thing to do is get as many GOPers in office to gain a majority. Not a hard concept.
