Public hearings would instead be used to drag unfavorables like Rush Limbaugh before the Commission to "explain how they justify" their availing themselves of their First Amendment rights. And to threaten their stations' broadcast licenses should they fail the FCC's definition of "justification."

The 1st Amendment clearly states they can’t do this, but that won’t stop them.
And Freddy. . . . et al
Don’t these marxists believe that we religious gun clingers eat w/our fingers while holding to our bibles?
They’re going to take our Free Speech aren’t they?
And no one is going to stop them. :(:(:(
No ...... sshow trial means they'll need someone less sympathetic, angrier, less articulate, easier to rile and get to blustering and sputtering and spewing.

Sharpeton won’t be doing diddly if the Rio Linda town council gets a hold of Rush first.
Could we please have another Haman experience? Sharpton crafting his own down fall for good this time.
Rush should just show up and ask for the microphone.
She said something about how white people eat... and after she said it, she knew she was going to be in a lot of trouble for saying by the look on her face... I didn’t catch all what she said.
