Watching these overpaid babies fall on their butts might be entertaining. I may even watch a few minutes of this game.

Please... Nothing is happening in Minneapolis that doesn’t / won’t /can’t happen at any other outdoor venue this time of year, in similar climates in the bleeping NFL. Bunch of pansies.

Two words. Ice Bowl. When football was played by men.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but isn't the player that's doing the most complaining a punter, for a team that plays indoors?
What a wuss...

The players are worried and angry about the possibility of injury at the University of Minnesotas football stadium Do the University of MN players whine like that??? How about the Green Bay Packers??? Is the whining coming just from the Vikings or the Bears, too? I'd be surprised if it weren't confined to the Vikings... er.. "Vikings."
Somewhere, these guys are shaking their heads in disgust...

This kind of tripe is the result of the demasculation and the feminizing of men that has gone on over the last 30 years.

If the Viqueens weren't so fundamentaly sissified they would not have been playing in the humpty dome in the first place and would instead have a proper outdoor stadium.
If this wasn't the last home game of the season I would have expected them to play this game in Green Bay which is an excellent cold weather stadium with the added benefit of 70,000+ Packers fans who would be very enthusiastic supporters of the Queens in their quest to knock off the hated Bears.

No wonder the Vikes haven’t been back to the Super Bowl since they moved indoors, The Met wasn’t called “The 23rd Viking” for nothing.

I live in Minneapolis, alcohol is banned in the stadium, the police will not allow tailgating and it's first come first served seating. You can get in line at 4, doors open at 5.
A lady bought at ticket for her and her 10 year old son. The lady returned their tickets because it would be too cold for her little boy. In the day, a 10 year old would sleep in his igloo that was built along the garage. I blame the siss-ify-cation of children on the public schools and wimpy parents. 30 below didn't matter, when my mom had enough, all 4 kids were thrown outside. Only once did I lick the fire hydrant.

A Chicago newspaper wrote this?
Awwwwww.
Are da little itty bitty Bearsy-wearsies afraid they might fall down and go boom on the hard old ground?
Maybe we can find some college players who’d like a piece of the pie you Bears take home for your two-hour effort.

Just heard a great line about the kicker who made this complaint on ESPN Radio:
“The are only two times when you should listen to a kicker. When they are talking about kicking or when they are talking about online shopping.”

EFF the NFL. They love Obama, smeared Rush as a racist and love their dog killing felon. It is a shame that a guy like Brady has to play in a league with a POS thug like Vick.

Years ago I once played on the artificial turf that was the surface of UNT's (then was known as NTSU) Fouts Field... it was like a thin layer of felt on top of concrete.
The field at Minn. I'm sure will be more forgiving than that Fouts Field's surface.
P.S. Fouts Field saw its last game a few weeks ago... the Mean Green Eagles are moving to new digs across Interstate 35 (Denton, TX).

I just need Lance Briggs to get 3 solo tackles or 5 Assisted tackles and they do anything they want about the game then.

Many many years ago the ground was frozen and like playing on ice.
At half time one of the teams put on tennis shoes and won the game.

Just wondering what Bud Grant would have done with this guy.
He coached for nearly 3 decades in Minnesota (and CFL Winnipeg!) and never let his players have heaters on the sideline.
