Note: Thus far humblegunner has been compiling the ping list. I am doing research and plan to write a summary for group consideration. Neither humblegunner nor myself are attempting to manage this effort. All ideas are welcome.
To move forward, we have to make some decisions. That's the purpose of this thread.

DC Chapter Master Ping List
Not sure how many have seen this but sounds like a good idea. Especially since it is sanctioned by Jim Rob.
The RNC doesn’t seem to want to help the Tea Partiers so we will need to take matters into our own hands.
From BuckeyeTexan post, humblegunner is creating a list so I am sure he will be happy to add you to his list.
Humblegunner, please add Trooprally to your list. Thanks.

Count me in. Add me to this ping list, please. Up to this point, I have simply supported individual candidates (such as Marco Rubio, JD Hayworth), but it’d be great to go RINO hunting.
Here in Virginia, we have a Democrap (Jim Webb) to dump, but that’s another story — and Warner needs to go, as well.
So much work, so little time.

I've been on a PAC board in the past. I'm not interested on going on board with another PAC right now, but want to mention things I've learned. It's easy to form a PAC. It's hard to do it right. You'll all have to plan this well if you go through with it.
If you run this PAC, you'll have to have excellent records and a treasurer you'll have to be able to trust with your money. You'll also have to separate this website from the PAC and get all of the solicitations, outside of a link or two, to a different website domain paid for by different funds than company funds. For donors over a certain amount, you'll need to get their employment information by law for the FEC.
You'll also have to be independent from the website, while at the same time, be able to defend PAC decisions made from disgruntled posters on the website. The PAC can not be the website and vice-versa. You'll need to have a good and solid objective policy for supporting/opposing candidates based on the key issues of the PAC.
A longtime friend of mine runs a business as a PAC and candidate treasurer and administrator. He's very good, but he's not cheap. If I ever ran for office, I'd hire him. Many treasurers are volunteers, and you get what you pay for, which can be a lot of money in fines when that volunteer FUBARs due to not knowing all the requirements. You can not screw this part up if you go through with the PAC.
Plan ahead if you go through with this. That's my recommendation. If you do this, do it right and don't rush things.
