This small sentence just about made me blow my top. Is this where we’ve come as a society, where morality isn’t defined by reason and logic, but by nine damn justices on a bench, all of whom are chosen by the very people wanting to violate the Constitution?

If so, heaven help us the day our very right to our lives comes up for debate. There’s nothing more depressing than knowing your life is in the hands of a bunch of political thugs.

This delaying by the Obama admin is the reason that the GOP must simply do what they have to do to put this thing on ice. They shouldn't be relying on the courts to put an end to this.

I’d actually be very careful about wanting this to go to the Supreme Court...

I’m sure the four horsemen on our side of the equation already know how this should go, and the whiper-snapers on the other side know where they are going on this...

That swing vote is the key...

And if the question is not raised properly before the court, we will be opening a pandora’s box that needs to stay shut...For now...

I believe once the State’s get their act together and a few of us tell the feds where to stick this thing...ObamaCare will be defunded and die on the vine...

Repealing the law might be nice, and would be great from a political standpoint, but defunding the thing will probably garner a faster and more preferable outcome to the issue...
