it is and I can only speak for me but homosexuals used to say that their life was private , well OK then keep it private.
Do not go around telling folks what turns you on sexually.
It is all about sex even though they say otherwise.
Love, well I love many but feel no need to have sex.
But for them to say they can now hold hands , dress like women and be open about their sexual preference on base is wrong and will only cause trouble.
I admit that up ion the north east there are far many more homosexuals and I know a few but when I saw them at a parade it showed me how they act one way in front of the likes of me and then act another when they are with their pals.
Don’t ask was wrong, you should not base getting a job based on sexual preference but it was done and it kept their lives private. Now they say they do not want to be private they want to be open.
Doing this will bring so many problems and how many pro’s will it bring?
Nothing.
Basing civil rights like they do on a sexual preference is just stupid IMHO .
They are not born that way there is no gene, nature never intended for them to carry on the human species.
As for hating them by some.
It’;s hating their agenda, it;s how they are now in your face etc.

I think sexual preference ought to be a private matter and never political, but the world we live in has become a rather bizarre place, thanks to the radicals who have infested every corner of our lives. The military is too vital an institution to be used as a social laboratory, especially by the same radicals whose purpose is to destroy it as a means of effectively protecting our liberties and projecting American power.
In the meantime, I'm going to go watch some football, so as I suggested to all earlier, let's continue to keep our words as civil as possible given the emotional nature of the discussion. Merry Christmas to you and yours -
